Waking up to a very cold and frosty morning, nine members met at the North Street Car Park. We started off from the bridge over the River Ouse and walked along the river bank. This was very muddy and icy in places but we kept going. Only a week beforehand, several short-eared owls were seen. But perhaps today was even too cold for them! Eventually, we reached the turn off to Rodmell where we noticed it was very much warmer than walking along the river bank. Continuing up through Rodmell, we eventually turned off and took the path that skirted the C7. Everyone enjoyed the 3.5 mile stroll. This was led by Jean.
